I had the opportunity to work as an Assistant Art Director for Pacific Rim Magazine as part of Langara College’s Publishing Program. The project was a hands-on publishing experience that gave our team the opportunity to produce, print, and distribute a complete magazine from concept to final production. The magazine was then distributed to all Globe & Mail subscribers.

During the second term of the program, I worked on directing and producing editorial layouts, helping establish visual consistency throughout the publication while collaborating with the rest of the creative and editorial team.

The experience gave me practical exposure to magazine production, art direction, editorial design, and print workflows before graduating from the program in 2018.
